    We recently sold our home in Pleasanton and Doug Buenz was our agent. I was impressed with Doug's knowledge of the Pleasanton market and with his excellent suggestions on how to prepare our property, both inside and out. He presented a marketing plan that was both thorough and used the latest technology. Doug is a true professional. During the process, he was unfailingly responsive to all our questions. We moved out prior to the sale, and Doug and his team handled all the details in our absence in a timely and efficient manner. I recommend Doug Buenz and his group most highly.

    A big Thank-you to Doug Buenz, did everything he said he would and more. When I listed I really looked for a great agent. What I got was more. Not only patient, but very understanding. Always very professional. Hardest thing to do was sell this home. He did make it a better situation.

    My wife and I decided that it was time to look for a smaller house in the area, and when it came to choosing a real estate agent, there was only one choice – Doug Buenz. Doug knows the Tri-Valley and the neighborhoods like the back of his hand. We met with Doug, and he presented us with a thorough market analysis of comparative homes in the area and a thorough plan for selling our home. We were not quite sure how to go about buying and selling at the same time, but Doug had a plan and worked it to perfection.

    As things happened, we found the home that we were looking for and made and negotiated an excellent offer on our future home. Doug and the lender structured an offer that the owner could simply not refuse, and we were able to secure the house without selling our home, although we did want to sell our home right away so we did not have to carry two homes.

    That is when Doug and his team really took over. He and his team handled everything, connecting us with the cleaners, painters, inspectors and stagers. He was a master at preparing our older home for the market. Within a few days we were ready for the market, and we had an offer in very short order at a very good price. He handled it like a true pro, and we were able to close on our new home first, move in, then close on our old home. It was super convenient, and Doug and his team were with us every step of the way. We had the peace of mind knowing that everything was being handled

    We would have to say that we have never met anyone that compares with Doug’s experience, professionalism and his knowledge of the real estate business. He is second to none. We would highly recommend him, and his team, to you for handling all your real estate needs.

    We moved here from a part of the country where the average price per square foot is $179/square foot. Needless to say, we had sticker shock when we started out. Carolyn was the perfect guide for us in helping us thoughtfully navigate what, for us, was a totally new landscape.

    A lot of our initial searching happened online from the other side of the country. When we saw something we liked online, Carolyn was happy to help us by checking out properties on our behalf, knowing what we want. She’d sometimes say, “Don’t waste your time flying out to see this house. I went there and it’s not the right house for your family and here’s why.” We felt so honored, so respected, and heard. It was amazing.
